All three of the Founders and Trainers at Fair Foundations have spent their working lives trying to support other people to grow and thrive, and to create a fairer world.

Fair Foundations is the trading name of Fair Pathways Limited, a private limited company. We are also a social enterprise, which means that whilst we operate as a business, our primary purpose is social — we reinvest the majority of our profits back into our mission rather than distributing them to shareholders. Being a limited company and a social enterprise are not mutually exclusive; what defines us is our commitment to creating a fairer world, not our legal structure.
