Why did I start Fair Foundations?
At Fair Foundations, I believe in the potential of every individual and recognise the transformative power of employment and economic independence. Unfortunately, many in our community face barriers that hinder their access to job opportunities. With the skills and experience I have gained over the years, I am committed to supporting individuals in overcoming these challenges to achieve their goals. Together, we can create a society where everyone has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to their community and develop strong sense of self through their work.
