Employment training programme builder

Our service to guide you on fully building your own Employment Training Programme, creating transformative opportunities for local people in your community.

Our Employment Training Programme Builder covers:
- Recruiting new volunteers,

- Creating volunteer inductions,
- Setting key targets,
- Providing meaningful training,

- Supporting employability,

- Transitioning to new roles.

This will begin with a 1 hour sessions where we will first discuss your goals and needs for your training programme.

Followed by a fully constructed training programme being sent and discussed via email for you to test and implement in your business.

Finally, we would have a follow-up 1 hour session around a month later to discuss concerns, frustrations and questions, and make adjustments accordingly.
